We do not promise a duration. A Ruisseau site is not deleted because it gets few visits. If we ever had to change or end the free plan, you would be notified by email at least 30 days before.

No. You activate those on the list chosen by SiteQC; all others are possible from Écluse up. The list protects every site sharing the same server.
To limit abuse: free hosting attracts phishing and spam. The address in Canada, a single free account per email and the automatic scan of free sites protect every client.
Your site moves to its own hosting space, with the same address and the same logins: you redo nothing. Going back from a paid plan to the free plan is not offered.
You join the waiting list and we email you when a place opens. You can also start right away with Écluse, at $6.99 a month.
Your site is archived, files and database. You can download or restore it from your client area during the retention period set in our terms and conditions, then the archive is destroyed.
